To respect everyone's time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. For waxing services, please ensure you have at least 3 weeks of hair growth after shaving or using hair removal creams (such as Nair) for the best results. Clients 18 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive services. Please note that I do not offer intimate waxing services for men.
